“Velké zklamání z chování hostitele”

The location was good and the rooms were fairly decent, but I must say I’ve never encountered such unpleasant, unwilling staff and absolute indifference to guests. We were a group of 20 people in 9 rooms. You’d expect them to welcome such a large group and a fully booked hotel at season’s end. The truth was the opposite – after the promised Georgian hospitality and warmth, there was no trace of it. The owners (a married couple with a daughter) barely communicated and barely responded to greetings. WhatsApp messages were long‑ignored, even though they clearly saw them. When we repeatedly asked for a receipt, they first promised it, then practically laughed it off, saying the hotel was closing and goodbye. Truly awful behavior. These people should never work in tourism when contact with guests is so bothersome. They don’t speak English at all, which would be fine because I speak Russian and they do, but that didn’t help. We never experienced this in Georgia. Never again. We were hugely disappointed by their conduct.

A small family‑style hotel. The décor is plain but everything is clean and solid. The shower has good water pressure. The town is tiny, so the centre is a walk away. I especially liked the breakfasts – they were wonderful, fresh, natural, with both hot and cold options, filling and tasty.

The hotel was clean, well‑located, and the rooms were cozy. My group initially disliked it because of many small issues: a broken door handle, missing lock, no window handle, a toilet reservoir stack, no curtains under the shower, and a moving sink. I tried to cancel under the booking conditions, but the owner was rude and said no refund for the remaining nights. So we stayed until the end.

“Pésima experiencia”

A very bad experience. Not recommended. I stayed for three nights. On several occasions I asked the accommodation via the Booking app about payment and never got a reply. When I arrived, I asked about it because my profile showed I had paid. The two people there don’t speak any English at all. I was told by someone I didn’t know that I hadn’t paid. I asked them to send me the receipt via WhatsApp. It was an uncomfortable situation because they talked among themselves without informing me. There was never any internet service – a disaster! I could never work or send messages. Room 8 had no connection, and the hall connection cut out. No greeting, no offer of breakfast, absolutely nothing from the two older people in charge of the hotel. It’s a shame I paid everything the same day; otherwise I would have left immediately. An uncomfortable situation with poor services. I can’t recommend staying here.

The spot is convenient for the city centre and day trips, and the hill view is pretty. The breakfast could use a wider selection; the room was cramped for four people, a single bed creaked loudly, we had to ask for toilet paper because only one roll was available, and there was no hair dryer.
