The area was fine, but they never came to give us towels or wash clothes, the front desk staff was very rude, and the bed was so nasty we had to sleep on the couch.

I slept well on the bed and the parking was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check‑in went smoothly. I appreciated the 24‑hour gym and the indoor pool—though I always forget to bring a swimsuit! However, when I arrived I saw two dead insects on the windowsill, which was a bit gross. The next day I opened the drapes and lifted the screen so the cleaners would notice, but they never came: no towels, no bed making, nothing at all. I stayed only two nights, but at $200 a night daily cleaning should be expected. On the second night I found even more live insects on the interior screen. I didn’t want to change rooms because I was leaving the next day, but it was still annoying. The room layout was odd too; the toilet was right next to the glass shower doors, so I kept bumping my elbows on them while using it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful 😀, and the breakfast was excellent 😋, though the internet was a little slow.

The room was clean and the staff accommodated an early check‑in, but there was no body wash in the shower and I had to ask for toilet paper.
