I’m not used to writing bad reviews, but this stay was a nightmare. The biggest issue was the presence of cockroaches, especially around the kitchen, where there was only one shared mini‑fridge for all guests—an unhygienic and unpleasant situation. The location was also inconvenient: the property is far from the island’s best beaches, making travel difficult. I stayed in room 5 on the second floor without an elevator. Throughout my stay no one came to clean the room or empty the trash. The sheets were yellowed, and as mentioned, there was no fridge in the room. The room was almost separated from the adjacent one by just a door; a huge mirror was placed to hide the passage, but it made it impossible to hear or be heard, completely erasing privacy. There was only one window, so after a day at the beach it was nearly impossible to hang and dry towels. The bathroom was lacking: the sink was tiny, about the size of a plate, making it very inconvenient. The shower was attached to the toilet with no divider, so every shower flooded almost the entire bathroom.

The location was good, but the entrance hall was full of dead cockroaches, empty plastic bottles, mail, and hair. The bathroom sink and fittings were wobbly and not secured down, paint on the walls was patchy. The electric adapters for the bedside light were questionable. The listing was misleading about coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge in the shared kitchen, which wasn’t mentioned.
