The reception staff were friendly and the location met my expectations, yet the room maintenance was terrible and supervision lacking; upon arrival there was no jabón in the lavamanos reservoir, the shampoo tank in the regadera was empty, and NUNCA HICIERON CASO YA QUE NUNCA FUERON SURTIDOS; the batteries for the TV remote and the Minisplint were drained, though this request was attended to immediately, yet the equipment did not function properly, the hot climate control failed, and the remote toggled on when I pressed off and vice versa, while the swing remote was nonfunctional; towels were disheveled and overall cleaning was poor, the bedspread I did not use had recent stains of an unknown substance that was unpleasant; the TV had terrible sound, breakfast was very raquitico in quality, and the café's vasos are not suitable for hot liquids so I avoided them; nevertheless, the reception staff were consistently amiable, though they only receive reports and lack authority to supervise them, and I commend them; the location was good for my expectations.

“No volveria”

The staff were friendly, but there was no calefacción and it was cold, the water didn't come hot from the regadera, and the rooms were húmedas with a mal olor a humedad.
