I’ve visited several times, but this time I couldn’t find anything good. First, a cockroach was caught in the shared shower, toilet, and sink area (only the photo is shared). Second, every time I lifted the toilet seat, water leaked from the floor. Third, the room I stayed in had no closet, so I had to spread my coat and clothes around. Fourth, the sink and bathtub were very dirty and the towels were worn out, so I felt they needed replacement. *I had stayed at Kensingten Hotel in Seoraksan two years ago and had a water curtain from the ceiling, which was disappointing, and I felt that Pyeongchang was also a letdown; overall, I didn’t think it was Kensingten Hotel and decided to leave.

The location was excellent for heading to Odaesan. Overall, the place was clean and offered good value for money. The only downside was that there weren’t many restaurants nearby.
