⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service! We had a great experience at the hotel and want to highlight the outstanding service from the entire team, especially front‑desk staff member Júnior who welcomed us warmly, was always attentive, helpful, polite and cordial. Every employee who attended to us was very kind and welcoming, making a big difference in our stay. Kudos to the whole team for their professionalism and guest care!

The location and service are good, but the Wi‑Fi and shower are lacking.

The location is good, but I found the hotel pricey for what it offers; the reception was often empty, we couldn’t park our car, the breakfast was weak with cold items almost every day, the bathroom was moldy and the room walls were also moldy.

The location is fine, the breakfast is perfect, the staff are attentive and the bedding is wonderful. The downside is a strong drain smell in the bathroom of suite 31, no large mirror, and a lack of care for the outdoor area.
