I appreciated the updates, especially the plank flooring replacing carpet, which felt cleaner; the room was spotless, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water—no desire to leave; the rooms offered everything I needed without unnecessary frills. The only downside was a used coffee pack left in the coffee maker from the previous guest.

The property was convenient for a one‑night stay, right by the water and close to downtown, but the bathroom floor was dirty, the room couch was tiny, the bed was uncomfortable, the air unit was extremely loud, and we paid $200 for a room that felt extremely overpriced for its small size.
