This was one of our worst hotel experiences ever. The room and bathroom were far too small, there was no ventilation, and everywhere there was a penetrating mold odor. The air conditioning was covered in visible mold (see photos). The only offered solution was a different room, but that one also had mold and the boiler leaked. Despite these unhygienic conditions, the manager refused any refund or free cancellation. No acceptable solution was offered. Because of the mold smell we barely slept for an entire night and had to leave early, booking another hotel at our own expense. Later we received only about €15 compensation, even though we didn't stay one paid night in the hotel. Even the full tourist tax was withheld. Mold in multiple rooms, poor maintenance, no ventilation, and management that takes no responsibility—unacceptable. Absolutely do not book here!
