The room is large and spacious, and the staff are polite. Soundproofing is poor; I can hear the wooden floor creaking.

The complex is beautiful and full of creative energy. The room was very pleasant and the staff were very helpful. The location isn’t far from BTS or other points of interest, but getting there involves navigating a series of alleys that can be a bit annoying.
