The central location and staff friendliness were positives. Breakfasts were excellent. The room’s cleanliness was good. Note that the property is family‑run within local homes, not a hotel. It needs renovation and more attention to outdoor cleaning.

The setting is gorgeous, peaceful, room faces the jungle. The family is sweet, very helpful and quick to respond. They offer every service you could want. I highly recommend this experience.

Wonderful homestay! The people were super friendly and generous :) We all had a great time there! Our little boy played with the owners’ kids and dogs. The room was roomy and lovely. The balcony offered a great view of the greenery. It’s well located, a quiet neighborhood but only a few minutes walk to the city center. We really appreciated the hospitality we found here! ❤️

The location is in a secluded part of Ubud, so you can find interesting, not too crowded restaurants nearby. The owners are friendly. The cleanliness and humidity… the breakfast is scarce… I don’t understand the positive reviews from other guests, because the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired in this place.

“Kort verblijf, maar wel een warm ontvangst door de familie”

The family welcomed us warmly, were very social and helped us carry our luggage to the rooms. We had to climb stone steps with heavy bags. I can’t fully judge because we decided at the last minute not to stay. That was due to feces on the pillow, apparently from bedbugs or fleas. It was cleaned right away. There were also dozens of wasps on the terrace buzzing around the outdoor light. We didn’t feel comfortable staying here and booked another hotel that night.
