AIRE Hotel North Beach Jersey Shore

The staff I spoke with were friendly. I had to cancel a night and they said I’d get a refund, but they haven’t refunded me yet. I was promised a refund for a night I couldn’t stay. It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t gotten it and they don’t respond to my requests. Also the pool deck was absolutely filthy.

The manager’s welcome was very good, which was the only thing I appreciated about this hotel. The hallway cleanliness and odor were mediocre, the room cleanliness was only average, the tile floor was sticky, the refrigerator had 4 cm of ice in the freezer, the bathtub bottom was mediocre, and the view was of a dump; I left the curtains closed. The microwave tripped and the coffee was as weak as a lightly brewed tea.

“I enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay here again! the location was so convenient.”

This place was so cute! The location was phenomenal, only a few blocks from the beach, less than a 5‑minute walk. It had a pool and they offered fresh coffee in the morning AND FREE PARKING!!! Which was such a huge plus! I would definitely stay here again.

“Feel like I got scammed.”

The property was close to the boardwalk, which was convenient. It was a last‑minute trip, booked only a week before, so I knew it could be a bit more expensive, but I paid 250 for a single queen‑bed room for only one night; and the room was definitely not worth it. I could hear voices through the walls/door. The mattress and mattress protector had a few stains (I only took a picture of the mattress, but the staining on the protector was much worse than the mattress). I feel like I booked a motel, not a hotel. The parking was also tight, and though it is not the hotel’s fault, our car door got a dent/scratch because the people who pulled in next to us after did not park well.

Abdul was very friendly and accommodating. WiFi was unreliable.
