Close to everything we wanted. BIC 2 min walk. Over 40 food outlets within 10 min walk. Beach 3 min Nice secure parking (Gated) £8 a night negotional on length of stay Staff very helpful. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night 👍. We couldn't really pick anything to be negative about as everything was explained to us on arrival ref bar next door which we enjoyed the live music, so all good 👍

Location is fantastic. Room too hot even after turning the radiator off , bed not the comfiest, dated , breakfast ok but not great
