William was very helpful. I had to go to the hospital, he made things easier for me. The staff were very kind and the room was very clean.

Very good welcome from William. The meals are good and very generous (as advertised: American‑sized portions). The cook even made a special dish for me. We’ll come back gladly. With a fridge in the room it would be perfect.

William was a very friendly man, and the kitchen staff and service were super. The beds felt a bit old‑fashioned, and I already have back issues, so I’m a bit sensitive about mattresses that are worn.
