Kacha Resort & Spa, on Koh Chang island, features 2 outdoor pools, 2 restaurants, a beach bar, and pool bar. Rooms have a private terrace with garden views, cable TV, minibar, and safety deposit box. The resort offers a fitness room, Majesty Spa, jungle and elephant treks, scuba diving, and a tour desk. It's a 15-minute drive from Koh Chang Pier, with nearby access to Trat via flight and ferry.

The price, atmosphere, equipment and location were good, but the place was under renovation, which wasn’t mentioned during booking and wasn’t visible.

The staff were friendly and the location was nice, but the restaurant was being renovated, so we had to eat on the street side.

Breakfast was mediocre, and we had to climb 2, 3 or 4 floors to reach the room without any notice—this is a problem for people with mobility issues, plus there was no hot water for 2 days. The hotel is 4‑star, but I didn’t like it.

Все было отлично. Особенно, то что был не сезон и людей в отеле не было. Был ремонт , но это не помешало нам
