The room was spotless, tidy and very comfortable. The toilet and shower, however, were extremely hot and that made things difficult; the young male part‑time staff member wasn’t very helpful—not rude, just lacking clear explanations, which left many questions unanswered. For the price, I think the dinner could have been a bit more substantial.

Très calme et propre. Bonne idée ces petites pataugeoires pour les enfants. Le dinner était très bien également. Les onsens sont grands et ceux en extérieur vraiment agréables. Le seul point négatif c'est les sanitaires individuels qui sont dans des boxs. On étouffe à l'intérieur

My stay was good and bad - the room was clean and spacious, which was great. However, I had some issues with the smoking area being far away and the large bath ending its hours early. These were pretty frustrating, but the room itself was nice.

The facilities were spotless and felt very clean, the natural surroundings and location were wonderful for relaxing, and it was great that alcohol was offered free of charge.
