The staff were friendly, the location was convenient and the view from the window was nice, but the reception was empty, the room was very cold, the TV didn’t work, the heater was broken and the air‑conditioner was not functioning.

The location was great and the staff were helpful, yet in the room on the street side you could hear noises at night and the hot water ran out halfway through.

The place was wonderfully located right near the old town, but everything else was just so‑so and the restroom was shared.

The location of the hotel is excellent. 1. There were no cutlery (mugs and forks) in the kitchen. 2. The bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water (barely warm)
