The location was decent, but the check‑in process was fatal; even after telling the hotel my arrival time (within the hours they provide), the place was closed and nobody answered the phone until I reported it to Booking, which finally got someone to respond. The room lighting was weak, the shower had stone, the shower cabin didn’t close properly, the view from the window was ugly, and the balcony was untidy with a full ashtray full of cigarette butts.

The front‑desk staff were very friendly and the bed was very comfortable, but the furnishings and rooms felt somewhat outdated and could use renovations; not all outlets worked, and a bedside lamp would be great.

The room was very pretty, the location was excellent, and everything was neat and clean.

The hotel was very central; only thing that could be improved is providing toilet paper, otherwise everything was fine.

Everything was very nice, very clean, and very comfortable; I slept very well, so I can only recommend the hotel and the location was superb. I have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect—many thanks to everyone, the staff were also very nice, kudos to the hotel and its staff. LG Steinbach
