Good and courteous staff. Location is good. Breakfast advertised was not available. Room needs fumigation as I had to face 2 cockroaches in the bathroom, one running around on the tissue paper provided

My stay was quite enjoyable, with the property and staff leaving a positive impression. However, I did notice some areas for improvement, such as the cleanliness of my room, which wasn't attended to the next day, and there was an issue with sanitation on the floor.

Unfortunately, my experience was largely negative due to poor service. The room I had booked and confirmed wasn't available when I checked in, and to add insult to injury, the rate I had agreed upon was increased by over 70% - a completely unacceptable situation.

I appreciated the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the facilities met my expectations. On the downside, I found the location to be somewhat difficult to find, and the access road was in need of significant maintenance.
