The location is ideal for walking, the staff are friendly, and the food is really good. They also offer packed lunches for a day’s walk.

These are two beautiful chalets in the Romanian countryside, offering a lovely view of the surrounding hills. The establishment is very well kept and well equipped. The food is good and plentiful, featuring homemade cuisine.

The staff are very good, polite, and always ready to help. The location is wow. The lunch/dinner is very good. The cleanliness is lacking—vacuuming the surface when there’s dust under the bed, spider webs on the ceiling. I don’t want to mention the mattresses, probably soaked in dust as well. Something seems missing: tables and chairs outside so you can sit outside instead of just a plain lodging. The heat cannot be turned off/controlled— I turned off the radiator in the room, but it was still hot and the air was dry, barely enough to sleep. Breakfast costs 80 lei per person, which is too much. Maybe it’s wow for foreigners to eat bacon and brânză de burduf, but for us it’s banal. They at least offer better coffee; buy an espresso machine and serve traditional pies. The staff charge 80 lei per person for a slice of jam on bread and a decent coffee, which is excessive compared to the price for lunch and dinner. It’s fine to pay 110 lei for a bulZ, but it feels exaggerated, but whatever.

“Amazing location.”

The view was amazing, though the food was very simple but still acceptable.
