Everything was great; the staff made the experience unbelievable, the breakfast and dinner food were amazing, access to Ortisei was easy, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel—we’d love to visit again, and we loved everything.

Everything else was fine, but the kitchen could be improved; it wasn’t up to the expected standard.

Everything about the hotel and the staff worked out nicely, and we had a good time. The location was too far from the city centre, parking was difficult, and although the bus was an option it wasn’t ideal.
