“Rien ne correspondit au descriptif et jamais je ne remettrais les pieds dans ce lieu”
Absolutely nothing good. Everything was dirty, unsanitary, poorly insulated, and the staff were absent.

The bathroom had a shower head that was too short and a dirty shower curtain.

Nothing at all was good. The director was unpleasant, unprofessional, refused to listen to feedback, and called customers liars. I had to change hotels to finish my stay.
