The Hotel de la Tour de Nesle is centrally located in La Rochelle's old town, facing two medieval towers at the Vieux Port entrance. It offers comfortable rooms with simple decor, free Wi-Fi, and views of the towers. A generous breakfast is served in the breakfast room. Surrounding the hotel are numerous restaurants, shops, and cafes.

The room was pleasant, the view was breathtaking, and the beds were cozy. There was a lack of space in the bathroom and no towel rack.

The location was great, but the car park was a bit far to walk. The staff were helpful, and we appreciated the complimentary soft drinks in the fridge and the Nespresso machine. The beds were comfortable and there was a small balcony overlooking the harbour. However, everything felt a little tired, and the bathroom needed attention; the shower over the bath had no pressure and wouldn’t stay up in position. Towels were discoloured and old, and we found better hotels for less money.

The view of the harbour from our room was fantastic, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing else to mention.

The room was very pleasant with a balcony and a view of the two towers. Exceptional. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but understandable in a historic building. Breakfast was average.
