The place is just a stone's throw from the beach and Mondello centre, and the room was tidy. The flat‑floor room faces a busy street, so the window won’t open and the thin walls make it very noisy; there’s no decoration, the room is tiny and not very inviting. Check‑out at 10:30 am feels too early. There’s no kettle or cup for coffee or tea, which would have been nice. The staff seem friendly but only speak Italian, making it hard to get information, and paying over €100 a night for a place like this is excessive.

I stayed at this B&B and felt really comfortable. The room was very clean and well-maintained, the property is beautiful and welcoming. The lady of the B&B was extremely kind, helpful, and very caring. It was a truly pleasant stay and I will definitely come back! Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly. The location is great, close to everything: beach, convenience store, restaurants. The room we stayed in was the only one under another room that was occupied for 4 of the 7 nights we spent. With only a wooden floor as a divider, we heard all the noises, movements, conversations, toilets… Very unpleasant.
