The room was nice and the bed was clean, but other guests were very loud all night until 4 am and the staff didn’t care, just saying “oh we talked to them they will be leaving tomorrow.” Ants were in the shower and bathroom, and the breakfast was very poor quality.

The hotel had every amenity you could ask for, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only issue was that my white socks left black footprints on the floor when I took them off, and the housekeeping staff didn’t mop the floors properly.

The room was clean, smelled pleasant, and the bed was soft. However, at night the lights outside made it feel like daytime, and the blinds stayed open because of the air unit, which made me nervous about being seen by passersby.

They moved us to a different room, but it was filthy with condoms everywhere. We had been driving all day with our toddler, and when we unpacked we realized the room was unsanitary, so we had to relocate again. In the new room a worker walked in with a key without knocking. When I asked for a discount or refund, they refused.
