“Really nice stay”
The facilities were wonderful. The room was large and comfy. The hotel sits above a large grocery store and is close to restaurants, bars, shopping and the cathedral of Granada. The area is beautiful.

Hotel Carlos V in Granada's historic city centre offers 2-minute access to Navas Street's tapas bars and 400-metre proximity to the Cathedral. Rooms feature free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, wooden floors, and private bathrooms with hydromassage showers. A buffet breakfast is served daily from 8:15 to 10:30. Elvira Street and Albaicin district are 600 metres away, with many nearby tapas bars and restaurants.

The location is great, just 500 metres from good restaurants, bus stops, better shops and a market. There's a market right next door. The bath and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is just enough to meet the minimum, not much variety, but it worked for us. The hotel style is outdated but still very comfortable. The hotel occupies only the fourth floor of a building, nothing to complain about, just for clarification.

The location near the centre, the quality of the room and bedding, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff—most of whom speak French—were all excellent. Everything went well.

The staff were very welcoming. It’s a shame there is no parking and no commercial agreement for a discounted rate, and the breakfast was really not great, so on the second night we went out to eat.
