The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was great, and it was a good base for walking around Merano. The dinner menu was also excellent, though we only used it once because it starts at 19:00, which was too late for us.

The food was delicious and the pool was beautiful, but the sauna is required to be nude and the beds feel too hard on one side.

The family running the hotel were exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; the pool area and garden were delightful, and the food and wine list were excellent. Nothing negative.

You can feel very comfortable in the hotel; the size is great and everything guests need is available; the service is very friendly and attentive, so we felt very at ease.
