The hotel was recently refurbished and feels very clean and cozy. Room 3 isn’t huge, but my wife and I spent 10 days there comfortably because everything is well organized and we had all the space we needed. It sits in a semi‑central area that’s very convenient: the metro is a ten‑minute walk away, and the city center (the cathedral) is just 20 minutes on foot – we did that a few times. Around the hotel you’ll find supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Taxis in Yerevan are very inexpensive and can easily get you to the hotel. The owner speaks English and is very supportive. We arranged a very late check‑in and an early check‑out with no issues, and he can also arrange a private pick‑up and drop‑off at the airport for a reasonable price.

The host was very friendly and super helpful, speaks good English, the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.
