The room was thoughtfully furnished and spotlessly clean, with super comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, offering an excellent selection of fresh, high‑quality, tasty items. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

The location was good and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent but not special. We were disappointed by the condition of room “Charme” (room 26), which showed wear such as torn curtains and damaged walls. Even though an elevator existed, we still had to use stairs to reach the room. An unpleasant sewage‑like smell sometimes lingered in the stairwell. In the morning, we could hear other guests quite a lot due to poor soundproofing. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but maintenance, comfort, and soundproofing need improvement.

The location was good for visiting Chiasso/Como, and the staff were friendly. Because our room was on the “Hauptstrasse,” it was sometimes very loud.

The staff were very friendly and calm. The shower was a bit tight, there was no mini‑fridge in the room, breakfast lacked imagination, no parking was available upon arrival, and the village had limited space.
