The location was beautiful and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was great. The TV had limited reception, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the front desk was inflexible about extra requests.

The staff were super nice, very friendly, open and communicative. You feel seen and welcomed as a guest.

The staff were very friendly and communicative. The young woman from Ukraine impressed us especially; learning German in such a short time is already a great achievement! Dinner was good and breakfast too. We’ll gladly come back.
