I’m a bit disappointed because the place is a little far, but driving makes it manageable. The bed had no sheets, just a mattress cover and a duvet, which was a let‑down. The ammonia smell during the first 24 hours was awful. There was no heating, only a portable heater, so we froze the first night and had to ask for an extra heater, which they eventually gave us. Instead of a towel to place at the shower’s foot, they put a dirty seed‑filled mat there. Don’t put your stuff in the drawers; they’re not clean. The walls had some weird seams, and in the accessory room you could see water damage on the ceiling and a wall in the bedroom—definitely not a pleasant room, even though it was private. The spot could be great, but right now it doesn’t justify the rental price.

The place was easy to get to, the staff were friendly, and it was comfortable enough. It was a bit chilly, and the area under and behind the bed was very dirty and dusty. The toilet seat was broken.

I loved Shana the hostess’s friendliness, the location, and the beautiful house. I loved everything about Blueberry Manor.
