“Very disappointing - oversized bed and breakfast”
The reception staff were very helpful, yet the room was cramped. Luckily the balcony helped. The Wi‑Fi kept dropping, and the two single beds were too far apart to count as a double. Breakfast tables were poorly arranged, causing traffic jams. We even had to fix the TV aerial ourselves, and the heating was off until someone fixed it. Dinner wasn’t available on our first night, and the staff’s aggressive tone was unacceptable; we never ate at the hotel again. On our last night we tried to get a drink at the bar, but no decent whiskey was on hand and the bartender seemed clueless about Margheritas.
