I liked the overall experience, but the signage to get there was awful. No signs at the entrance or near Deruta itself, so it took us a lot of time even with a route planner or Google Maps. Also, there were too few power outlets for our devices.

The place was great, and there were no issues at all.

The location was good, the pool offered a wonderful view, and everything was peaceful and clean with all the comforts you could need. The only thing that could improve is letting guests know that they need to enter the apartment to change linens.

The building and its setting in the greenery are fantastic. The road leading to the entrance is a bit inconvenient for scooters.

The hill provides a peaceful stay, perfect for unplugging and enjoying a restorative quiet. The room was cool and clean, and the kitchen was immaculate in every detail. It wasn’t clear from the website whether breakfast was included, so we found out at check‑in that it wasn’t, and we had to sort things out for the mornings that followed. Another small point: the room was slightly dark, so we had to rely on artificial light for good illumination.
