The modern room, comfy bed, communal area with fruit and pastries, and the breakfast—though it’s a bar only 200 m away—are all great, and the staff are very attentive.

The room was superb and spotless, 100 % recommendable, and if we return to Florence we’ll definitely stay here again. It isn’t the most central spot you’ll find, but it’s well connected by tram, taking 10–15 minutes to the center. The only downside was that the cleaning lady was quite rude; when we left our backpacks (which can be stored in a shared area for all guests), she rushed us in an unfriendly way. The owner, however, was always very kind and attentive.

“Verbesserungswürdig”

It’s close to public transport, so you’re in the center in a short time; walking takes only about 35 minutes. The breakfast bar is just 5 minutes away and the breakfast is sufficient. Unfortunately, neither the bedding nor the towels were changed, even though we were told at check‑in that this would happen every three days (we stayed 5 nights). The room itself was never cleaned during our stay, only the trash was taken out. The bathroom vent grille hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, which was not very pleasant for an asthmatic.

“Lovely place”

The room was lovely, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was great.
