The staff were kind, the place was spotless, and the 24‑hour room service worked well. The only drawback was the lack of a restroom.

Nothing perishable. The service feels anonymous and impersonal, with a wall of language. Breakfast is delivered to the room (no common area) on a tray, very hearty, but you have to ask twice for tea because the default is always coffee with cream. Every room has its own garage, so when we’re with friends we can only communicate by going outside.

The place was great, plenty of space and a huge TV, but you could hear other rooms.
