The complex is beautiful, breakfast and dinner were great! The mineral pool is nice, but the outdoor jacuzzi cannot be opened by guests – you have to ask staff, which is a bit annoying. Our room had a carpet that caused a lot of dust in the room, even though it looked clean – there is dust, not good for allergy sufferers. The sauna, steam room and indoor jacuzzi were not working! And there was no mirror in the deluxe room.

The vibe was exactly what I was after – relaxed, comfortable and just pleasant enough to unwind. Everything felt easygoing and enjoyable, a real treat after a busy week.

The team was super friendly and the meals were top‑notch, plus the mineral pool was a real highlight. Unfortunately the sauna was out of order, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a solid experience despite that hiccup.
