Central location. Two toilets. With windows closed, no street noise. Well‑equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Large dining table. Two bath towels and two hand towels per person were laid out. Each sink in both toilets and the shower area had an extra guest towel. No complaints about the air freshener, but they were definitely too much and the whole apartment smelled strongly afterward. The lift was broken. The apartment is on a main road, so with an open window the noise level is high. The toilet bowls are not new – brown edges and loose lids. Only a small shower. With a full occupancy of seven people it might feel a bit tight. The mattress wasn’t fully firm, sloping in the middle. At arrival there was a lot of reading material about house procedures to deal with. Regarding parking, breakfast, and tourist tax, I didn’t see any staff.

Everything was lovingly furnished and clean, all the necessities were present, and Enno is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met. The exterior of the property initially raised some doubts, but inside everything is top.

The room was functional and clean, but it was just a place to sleep—nothing more, nothing less. The entrance and staircase had dirty walls, giving a bad first impression.

The location is great and everything else is fine, but the hotel is very noisy. Guests who return to the parking lot right in front of their room at 2 am think they’re the only ones on Earth. The hotel did nothing about it, which was still unpleasant.
