“Great staff poor maintenance poor conditions”

The exterior of the property earned a C+; the front‑desk staff was understanding. The room, however, had a strong mold and mildew odor, the bathroom floor was falling apart, and the faucet was misaligned—6 to 8 inches from the sink’s center instead of the required 4 inches. The bathtub was disgusting, the bathroom smelled like carpet AC, and the hotel should get a health‑department inspection; I understand budgets exist, but the rooms need better upkeep. I didn’t want to store the bathroom floor photo on my phone, but it was necessary.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the elevator was filthy—gross, not just dirty. Breakfast was not great.

The hotel is close to the airport, but the front‑desk staff’s attitude during check‑in was off, and all the electrical plugs in the room were stretched from heavy use, making it hard to charge my phone.

“Pass on this one”

It isn’t horrible, but it’s a poor choice compared to other nearby options at the same price. The staff treated me like an inconvenience when they couldn’t find my reservation; I had to remind them I’d paid and had done my part. The room was small, poorly equipped, the bed uncomfortable, and maintenance was needed. It’s definitely better to pick another airport hotel.
