The place is super close to the city centre, the room is cosy, tidy, fully equipped, and the private bathroom is spotless and stocked with everything you need! From this spot, Cagliari is easily walkable or reachable by bus. The value for money is great, and the host and her assistant are unbelievably kind! We were more than satisfied.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was also good, but the location outside the historic centre, the old dirty building, the lack of contact with the host, and the awful breakfast made us decide not to return.

We rented this place partly for its balcony, hoping to set up a table and chairs, but the space was too small to accommodate them. The description mentioned a washing machine, which was indeed available, but it wasn’t included in the booking; the owner kindly let us use it and even supplied detergent. We avoided using the bathroom ventilation because it was too noisy.

The room was very well maintained and clean. It’s just a 5‑minute walk from the centre. Highly recommended!
