This beachfront hotel features an outdoor pool, pier, and free WiFi in every guest room, which includes a kitchenette with stove, microwave, and refrigerator. On-site laundry facilities and 24-hour reception are available, along with easy access to Rehoboth Beach, boardwalk, and nearby shopping at the Rehoboth Tanger Outlet Center.

The place sits right in the middle of all the action and eateries, and the bay view is stunning; the front desk team were fantastic. The building feels old but still clean, though the bathroom corners were grimy and we had to wait until the next day for washcloths and face towels. The mattresses and pillows are in need of an upgrade—pillows are lumpy and the mattress sags where you lie. The carpet was tidy and the room had a clean scent. The air conditioner ran well but was noisy and dated. For the price we paid, I’ll be staying at the Hyatt down the street next time.

The location is spot-on, close to everything! The hotel could use some updates; the fixtures are maintained but show wear.

The spot was great—right on the bay, within walking distance to the beach, shops and dining. I just wish the rooms were a bit more modern.

There was no breakfast, the room was dirty with dirt on the chairs, the electrical outlets were unscrewed, and everything felt very outdated. Cleanliness was lacking, free parking was available for guests, but the rooms need updating and all outlets should be checked.
