The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the location perfect, and the rooftop restaurant was very good. However, the stay was extremely disappointing and unacceptable—the most awful experience I've ever had. I had to lock my door with a chain, and while I was showering, two male hotel employees opened the room door wide without my permission, claiming they had called the room and received no answer, which they said was hotel policy. This was insane; I've never encountered such behavior. I raised the issue with the reception manager FAISAL, but his response was simply that this was hotel policy and they were sorry. I spoke to the person in charge—forgot the name—and he said the same, and they didn't bother to make it up to us. I also had a problem with the pool restaurant, which clearly indicated a communication problem between different hotel departments. I will never recommend this hotel; the holiday was ruined.
