I booked a suite that looked huge and beautiful in the photos, but I ended up with a different room that didn’t match those pictures, so I’m not at all happy. I still paid the suite price for a room that wasn’t a suite, yet the staff were very skilled and attentive, and the architecture and design were fantastic.

The interior design is great, the granite shower area has better water pressure and temperature than at home, and the neighborhood feels very safe and lovely, letting you come and go as you wish. The reception area, however, is small and crowded, and you can hear other guests coming and going.

Breakfast was nice but the selection was somewhat limited, and there was no allergen information. The staff were friendly but not always present—on the last day we wanted breakfast before heading to the airport, but by 9:15 no breakfast had been set out and no staff were on site, so no one was around to say goodbye or check us out. The room was very nice, but the floors were not cleaned properly, leaving a lot of dust and hair (not just ours). The location is unbeatable and the design is very nice; we enjoyed our time and would stay again.
