The room was clean and pretty; you can tell the hotel isn’t brand new but it’s nice. The wooden furniture is beautiful. I liked the good water pressure and hot water. We booked for two, but there was only one towel in the room and they wouldn’t give us another because the housekeeper had reported that there were two; we had to make three calls and wait thirty minutes before they finally gave us a towel. Also, the outside noise is loud even with the windows closed. In the bathroom there’s no cabinet or shelf to put anything on, so everything has to be on the floor. Another issue is there’s only one outlet at the sink for charging a phone. Finally, the lighting is very poor, making it impossible to do makeup.

The place was quiet and clean. It’s a bit far from the city center, but a metro station is nearby.

The room’s quality and design were superb. However, there’s a huge gap in the ceiling between rooms, letting you hear everything your neighbors are doing, which is terrible.
