“La vue était belle. Pour le reste, vous n’avez même pas les prestations d’une chambre d’hôtel 2 étoiles. La vue la vue l”
The unit feels like a tiny greenhouse terrace, cramped, with a minuscule water tank, a laughable fridge, and you’ll be squeezed in a hotbox while the AC finally kicks in. The terrace is a furnace. You need to take a bus to reach the town center, the residence pool is a ten‑minute walk, and after eight floors by elevator the bottom floor is a walk away. But the view is exceptional—nothing to complain about. Check‑in is at 18:00, no earlier. Book if you want to throw a party with friends on the terrace all night; expect nothing else from this place beyond its view. The host is friendly but probably a bit stingy considering the price‑to‑service ratio. You sacrifice everything for the view, don’t expect more. Fair is fair. The minimalist gear, the surprise stairs to the terrace, the place’s remoteness, though a quick bus gets you back to civilization. Nothing on foot.
“You need to hire a car”
The view was great, but the location sat on a steep hill, the fridge was too small, and the pool was too far away with no nearby amenities.
The room’s view was impressive, but the location was far off and hard to find, and breakfast was weak.
The rooftop offers an unbeatable view of Nice’s bay, and you can access the pool by asking the owner.
The view was amazing.
