Social room with kitchen, wooden gate near the parking lot. Thin walls, you can hear the neighboring room—noise, TV—railway underground walkway covered in dirty asphalt—should be covered by something you can walk on without dirtying your shoes, the walkway should be for walking.

Very friendly welcome! Katherina is an adorable and attentive host! The place is ultra clean, the garden is magnificent. Very well located for hiking.
