Excellent location, cleanliness, and comfort. The room was spacious with a window, suitable for two adults and a teenager. The staff were welcoming, and snacks and drinks were available. Nothing to complain about.

Everything about the staff and service was excellent. The lobby had a washing machine, bottled water, coffee, and snacks for free. The room was spacious and clean, making the last day of my trip truly great. I was surprised that a male staff member could speak Japanese almost as if he were Japanese.

They offer tea and snacks 24 hours, capsule coffee, and free laundry service. The front desk staff were friendly. The pillows were too soft.
