The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful, and the room was neat and clean. The bathroom exhaust was missing or we couldn’t figure out how it worked.

Super convenient. The laundry facilities, microwave, refrigerator, and other room amenities were very useful!

The location is great, very affordable for Tokyo standards, the staff are friendly, and the place is clean. The room was tiny, the windows wouldn’t open, the interior looked quite outdated, and the bed linen was awful polyester.

晚上很吵，到了現場被分配到沒有洗衣機的房型，櫃台人員態度也不好，整體很不滿意
