A quiet spot, well‑located, clean, and good value. The only thing missing was a toothbrush and toothpaste for use.

I liked the shower that delivered plenty of water. The room had a strong mold smell that triggered my allergy, the pillow and sheet were moldy, and the bathroom floor had a lot of black spots.

First off, you can’t help but notice how convenient the check‑in process is—just a photo of the gate, no need to press anything or ask anyone, giving you freedom of entry and exit, and the room doors use electronic password access. When I entered, everything was impeccably prepared: clean, towels, pillowcases, sheets, an excellent shower, and a very bright, comfortable room. The only thing that bothered me was a panel on the bedhead that, due to São Paulo’s humidity, had mold spots; perhaps the staff should consider changing the type of bedhead.

“Quarto com mofo.”

The location is great for catching a flight. The bed is comfortable and the bathrooms have hair dryers. The room I stayed in had a lot of mold on the walls and the back of the bed; I couldn’t stay there and had to be moved to another room, which was acceptable, clean, and mold‑free.
