What a lovely hotel, and the staff were super friendly, going out of their way to accommodate my needs and make me feel at home. The Skyview restaurant, the Spa, and the building itself are magnificent. I definitely want to stay again. Thank you! Everything was perfect.

The room’s size and condition were good, and breakfast was decent, though the same each day. On the first night after a long trip we wanted to dine à la carte in the restaurant. After we sat down, the waiter refused to serve us because of heavy traffic, as he was the only person handling the whole restaurant. Even though they changed the towels every day, the cleaning was superficial, and over the entire 7‑night stay they only changed the sheets once after the first night.

The room was big and comfortable, but the furniture looked like it was ten years old. The interior of the facility isn’t maintained very well.

“Average and disappointing for the price but great views and huge potential.”

There was a definite wow factor on the surface, but overall it’s become shabby and needs an overhaul. The rug and the area under the sofa in our room hadn’t been cleaned—there were crisps and other crumbs. The sofa was stained, and there was no running water in the kitchenette.
