Open 24 hours, but the room’s equipment was very poor.

I was close to the road and the parking spot was handy, but the key entry was a hassle. The front desk told me to leave the keys in the room doors, which I did. No bed bugs or roaches were found. The late check‑in was a problem because the staff at reception had no idea about our reservation and had to call the owner. We booked a triple room for 220 zl, but the owner demanded 300 zl and then agreed to 270 zl for two double rooms. After a tiring drive we were too exhausted to look for another place to stay, which we regret. I paid the receptionist in cash at check‑in. The rooms had separate shower and toilet areas, but the ventilation was awful and there were strong odors. Only one towel was provided for two rooms; the staff gave us an extra three. When the front desk clerk left, the heating switched off; the radiators were only slightly warm and the rooms stayed cold, so we slept in our clothes. The mattresses and bedding were untrustworthy. There was only one kettle and one fridge for two rooms, and the sockets barely held. In one room the toilet door wouldn’t close, and in another the door could only be opened from the inside.
