Breakfast was okay and the waffle was good; coffee was decent. Eggs were terrible. The rooms and bathroom were very outdated and incredibly tight, with barely any space to move around freely. There weren’t enough outlets in the room, and the bathroom outlets were old and plugs were falling out.

It was closer to where I needed to be, but for a double‑bed room it was super small and didn’t have enough space.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good, but I first got a room that wasn’t prepared and had to come back. The price is a bit steep for the location, and the bus ride to the Staten Island ferry takes 50 minutes. When I searched online for a complimentary shuttle from the hotel, the answer was a definite yes, but the front desk said only the neighboring hotel had one.
